The weirest is that the author of this article is actually right. Nothing to do with people being tired of the beauty of nature. It' the fact that it's a helluva lot easier and more fun to chat/interact with friends in a metaverse, where you can see them and peak to them, instead of having to sit at a keyboard and type. This has nothing to do with nature and everything to do with how humans want to interact.
