SOL Flowers: A Blue-Chip Solana NFT in the Making
Every once in a while, you come across one of those news stories about a family that has had some random painting hanging in their house for years, and they decide on a whim to take it to something like an Antiques Roadshow event, only to discover it’s an uber-rare Picasso or whatever and it’s worth more than the entire economy of most island nations.
That might very well describe SOL Flowers — an under-the-radar, 3D NFT project built on a deflationary mechanism that, if ever fully executed, would see 3,333 NFTs whittled down to just 34 one-of-a-kind pieces of art.
And in this case, I’m using “pieces of art” in the most literal sense.
Because behind SOL Flowers is Cory Shaw, an Emmy award-winning and Academy Award-nominated artist recognized for his work on Kung Fu Panda 2 and numerous other movies and TV shows. (Seriously, look him up on IMdB.com, the database of movie industry pros.)
Before I tell you what’s going on, let me tell you that what’s going: A whole lot more than a pfp of a three-dimensional flower with attitude.
